Left In Town - Trivia
During the heavy cutting, some community horses fell on the cutting room floor. They stay in the archives... for now.
Again, like Foggytown, Left In Town was released LIVE during a Ken&Roger-Show on TMOA. Roger was the first one to review it, only a few minutes after release, cause he already saw the movie in advance.
Three people were allowed to see the movie before release: KirinRiotCrash, Ken White (kuroken) and Roger (rbj2122212112). Reason: Because they couldn't catch the release, while they were hosting their show.
Ken White encoded the 'elevator'-song as ringtone for his cell phone.
The original soundtrack is available in the FoDooG Shop (featuring a lot of songs from Come On, Showdown in Foggytown, Left In Town and other FoDooG Films movies): www.cafepress.com/fodoogshop
The movie ends with the exact words and the exact VoiceOver-file, that started the whole thing: "Morning" by the Horse, used in the Trailer to Come On. So, it really came to full circle!
While it sounds like it was recorded in one piece, Ken and Roger recorded their opening lines seperatly. Great work here!
The first cut of the movie was 22 minutes. The second one 20 and the final cut 18 minutes long. Looking back, it tremendously helped the movie in its pace.
Every single shot in this movie was custom camera placed. No predefined shots were harmed,... ehhhm used.
Several songs of Flanagan's Fog were used as basis for the soundtrack. (Please Me, Who's Gonna Love You When You're Dead and You said, for example.)
There is no song called Left In Town. Yet.
